We had a really enjoyable stay for our short visit. the location was central, close to the bund, Yu Garden, and the river crossing ferry terminal. - the Les Suites Orient is on the waterfront. - the room was spacious and we had a splendid view of the river.

We enjoyed the hotel and its free and savoury breakfast.

booked a room with splendid views of all the enchanting and fantastic landmarks and skylines that are breathtaking both during the day and at night. the bathroom was luxurious, with a bathtub. location: the hotel was right by the whole bund, a metro stop, and shanghai.

The breakfast was amazing with lovely view to the river, the staff was exceptional. The location was marvellous, close to a river and a harbour.

The night staff is really patient and very helpful, the room is top-notch with a king-size bed, a nice big bath, and powerful water pressure.

Everything! The Art Deco design, the rooms were modern, clean and the river view fantastic. The food was wonderful including a breakfast that would fit the needs of American's, European and Chinese guests. The wireless internet was free and fast.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel (and it's a very minor item) was that there was no pen and paper in the room to write down information I was looking up on the computer.

The hotel just opened and it was allready fantastic. I hope they can keep up to this high standard. I'm looking forward to the restaurant on the top floor . Breakfast was a dream to wake up to.

The breakfast here was delicious, featuring Chinese cuisine and a beautiful view of the river, and the restaurant food was exceptional, plus the perfect location near the port.

It is extremely well designed hotel with innovativeness coupled with warm and courteous staff. A wonderfully pampering experience by itself.

The staff here are all very helpful, the rooms are nicely decorated and come with a tasty breakfast.

Great rooms with space, view, design and technology. Complimentary WiFi, helpful staff, computers and printer made my business stay of 5 days productive and enjoyable. Staff helped with directions around the city, communications and sights to visit. Always friendly and I will certainly return. I visit Shanghai three timws per year and now that I've discovered Les Suites Orient I won't stay anywhere else...and it was affordable.

The location of Les Suites Orient, Bund Shanghai is incredible, with a ferry port right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of interesting places to explore nearby, including bars and cafes within walking distance. - the rooms are modern and stylish, creating a comfortable atmosphere. - the staff were accommodating and attentive, especially during the night shift. - the breakfast at the restaurant offered delicious and fulfilling options.

Very nice and big room. Super bathroom. Nice location to the Bund.

Far from subway station. Staff is kind of mixed: you have the good ones and some not so good. I suppose that some training is needed. The breakfast was boring after a few days and the service was slow when busy. Small problems with the in.room dining : not all items on the menu are available and the same menu is for the lunch. So after a while it gets boring. I would have eaten more often if there was a wider range.

Except internet - it is very very slow. But I cant recomment it because of internet speed
